My support-ticket to Joomlart 13. nov. 2011:

Hi

I have big problem showing different module after enable and disable different modules in the templates.
I can’t see them in my frontend before a lot of clicking in backend and refreshing browser in frontend.

Can you please give some advise here…

Not very helpful, just a couple of links to pages I already visit.

The solution to my problem – after several times trying around – was clearing the “T3”-cache in Joomla. And I have to do this every time I made some updates to modules or menu using this template (JA Teline).

Sorry to say, but I think your implementation is really bad. Difficult to find useful help and documentation how to set-up on configuration. Gave up and choose another solution from Rockettheme.

Maybe there was a misunderstanding about your issue and i can help you in the specific

Joomlart templates are configured to manage in various way the cache ( see development mode )

anyway we can discuss after of the configuration, give me the chance to look better in your issue
