Uploading the template to my joomla site next troubles appear:

PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)
Please, help’

Maybe your download produced a broken zip-file. Have you tried to download again. If the problem is still there, you can unzip locally and upload via ftp.
