Could you explain your problem in more details ? I have checked your site and couldn’t see any problem about JA Slideshow Lite or the content under slideshow.

This issue was fixed and updated in JA Lens version 1.0.5. Please try to update your template to the latest version

If this problem still persists, PM me your Admin account and FTP account, I shall check this for you.

With your problem, you can override this file: templatesja_lenstemplatetools.php by my attach file.

Remember to Back-up your file first before processing.

Try this and let me know the results.
