    My ticket JIM-384-76101has not been replied from more than 3 days. I am having issue with the JA Teline IV template due to which I am not able to use it. I hope after posting the thread here I will get a reply.

    3 days you say. I’ve looked through your ticket and the proble you seem to be having existed with your previous template from another club. In addition, you are not allowing anyone to make any changes to your template to discover what is wrong. To make things even harder you do not even appear to be currently using the template in question making it even harder to unserstand what is wrong.

    Please update your ticket and make sure your site is set to the right template and I am sure the dev working on it will respond.

    As a regular user, I have to say that the service I have experienced has been exceptional. In many instances my errors have caused the issues, but the service is always courteous and consistently good.

    Hi Phill, I said “Bad Support” for the simple reason that I am not getting replies and not because my issue is not resolved.
    No, I am not having the problem with my current template which is from other club, but ya it do happens with some of the templates.

    It very obvious that I can’t allow you to make any changes in my current template for the simple reason that the site is live. Secondly, if you have read my ticket then you must have seen that I have used the JA Teline IV template in one my categories to show what the issue was, the JA Teline IV was on that category for a considerable time and I know that your support staff has seen it as I got reply for that particular thing.

    I need your help and response to help you help me. What I can do is, I can create a subdomain with same files on my live site, for you to resolve the issue.

    And lastly, once again, I want to stress the fact that the only reasond I choosed the title thread as “Bad Support” because I am yet to get a reply and because the issue is not resolved.

    It may be that one member of staff saw your problem but then returned and as you are no longer using that template on that category assumed you were using something else. If you could demonstrate your problem in a subdomain where the devs can work on it I am sure they can resolve it quickly. If you do that come back here and raise a new ticket with all the new details so we can start afresh.

    Apologies for late reply, its festival season here, so could nt rely on time. Anyways I have replied the ticket with all the details including a new subdomain.
