Since uninstalling the coolads mod I cannot get the normal banner to show.

The standard banner mod is published and in the ‘banner’ position.

Hello,
I originally thought I had a problem with ja_coolads for my logo would not show up in firefox when I enabled it. So I disabled it.. but my banner never re-appeared in firefox.. and shows as an x in ie .. but in safari.. everything is working just fine.. could you take a look and give me some pointers. http:shushilan.org/development
I re-enabled cool-ads but can’t seem to get them to work now either..
