I checked your site , seems like the you are using external script image for the banner that goes to hidden .
You can try to add new module and upload the image from your server on it and check.

Hi Pankaj,
Struggling with new Forum GUI…(side issue)
Do not understand completely what you mean…
The banner is constructed using std joomla procedure and method. The banner images are located on my server.

The positions are configured as visible (i.e not marked as hidden in mobile responsive layout) in the template mobile responsive layout and yet there are not rendered visible in front-end.
