As putting to the banners tittle or alt?

Because when passing the mouse on the banner you leave only text = banner

Title will be shown when you mouse over the image, alt will be shown when the image not loaded (as a place holder)

You can check that the images of the banners in the page web.

When passing the mouse for example above the banners in the top, they only show alt = banner

Is what I ask, as putting tittle or alt to the banners?
