When you go to my site you will notice that when you traverse through the site each page is distorted before going back to normal.
I have posted the issue on anumber of forums and the answer that came back was
]##################It is the banner that is causing the problem. When the browser loads (I am currently using Firefox) it doesn’t know how big a space the banner needs. So whilst it is loading, no space has been left. When it has finished loading the browser puts it in place and it makes everything else jump down 60px. The way round this is to ‘reserve’ the space for the banner whilst it is loading and you can do this by defining the space required in the html. eg 468px x 60px in your case.
