I try so hard not to ask until I’ve researched and tried everything I can imagine, but I am new to Joomla and still need a lot of hand holding.

To display my adsense ads I added a 2 custom HTML modules to my JA Telline IV template. I added them to the col-mass-top and col-mass-bot positions.
Only the col-mass-top position displays my google adsense ad. Further research lead me to understand that for some reason the template will not allow me to add 2 adds in the same position (however they are not in the same position).

More research lead me to discover the banners component. So instead of displaying the second ad as a custom HTML module, I created a banner for it and then attempted to display the banner in the correct module. No such luck.

Please help, I need to display this ad.

I just checked on your site and clean cache then the system seems to work well.
Please confirm this.

Thank you for checking. I still cannot see the add on the bottom right of the page. It just displays a white block. See attached image. Any help would be appreciated.
