I have uninstalled Joomla 1.0 and used JA Barite Quikstart 1.5 to instal Joomla 1.5. Everything works pretty good except the user registration. When I try to register a new user I get an error …”Invalid Token”…. Also the site keeps adding visitors on line that I know don’t exist cause the site is not live…

I’m looking into this now, I have a reasonable idea of what’s causing this.

As for the issue with the Who’s Online module, your best bet is to contact Joomla! themselves as we haven’t modified that part of the source code at all.
