1st thing. You mention a beautiful menu effect, but I don’t see one or do you explain what it is
2. This format is becoming very vanilla. I suggest looking at
Cingulars SIte

I have been looking for a template like this. This format is becoming very common and a web best practice.

Please work on something like this.
