<?php echo $this->item->event->beforeDisplayContent; ?> results in a 1 showing up in div calss=”article-tools”

Any reason why this is happening and how do I get the “1” to go away

guess i’ll have to file a ticket for this one… oddly enough i remember encountering the same issue 3 yrs ago with Teline 2 or whatever it was that we used
