I have worked with a lot of various Joomla! templates, and have found JoomlArt to consistently be among the best. Their designs do not look like all the other templates out there. I just recently used JA Quillaja to help a blind friend set up http://www.theblind-guy.com . This will give you an idea the quality of these templates, and how easily you can pop in your own content. Thank you JA for all the creativity and work you put in to producing these templates (and for keeping the prices affordable!!).

I would like to know the difference between a Joomla template and a CSS layout. More particularly, couldn’t I use a joomla template with any web host? Moreover, it would be nice to know if Joomla integrates well with html or contains html. I just don’t want to have to learn a new language before getting started.
