Can anybody has an experience to setup web-to-lead form on the right or left side of page using validation process on the fields? thanks in advance.

Joomlart do not have any extension can do like that, If want you must develop or purchase from third party. You can reference at here http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contacts-and-feedback/forms
