the screen shot doesn’t really show too much info, is your problem with these items overlapping the page below, staying open and not closing, appearing in wrong place etc. can you give me a live url so I can visit the site
I have answered your post re video tutorials as well

November 16, 2011 at 11:19 am #424882OK first I can’t access your ticket as I’m not a JA moderator or support official 🙂
My best suggestions are to go to extensions/template manager/teline IV etc.Under global settings tab set your optimize JS to no, check that Development mode is no.
if that does not solve the problem add the two modules.js files to the Optimize exclude panel. Hover cursor over the words Optimize Exclude to see syntax example
Cheers Shane

November 16, 2011 at 11:57 am #424891Hi Friend
From your screenies, I’d say the mod_login and mod_twitter .js needs excluding as they look like the modules that are not correct

November 17, 2011 at 4:05 am #425006your vimeo player is causing a js conflict.http://screencast.com/t/lBdYXjsvzlg
also looks like your trying to use 2 mega menu modules in the same position on the same page, which i’m pretty sure is not supported.
move your login into the main menu and ungroup it and I think your’ll be fine. ( after you clear up the js issues )dieudonne Frienddieudonne

November 17, 2011 at 8:42 am #425036Ok, I empty the table “Optimize Exclude”
<blockquote>your vimeo player is causing a js conflict.http://screencast.com/t/lBdYXjsvzlg</blockquote>
I disabled the module with the vimeo video, but it changes nothing.
<blockquote>also looks like your trying to use 2 mega menu modules in the same position on the same page, which i’m pretty sure is not supported.</blockquote>
I don’t think so. Is it possible to have more information about this ?
Anyway I deleted the menu “user menu” (see screenshot), but nothing changes.<blockquote>move your login into the main menu and ungroup it and I think your’ll be fine. ( after you clear up the js issues ) </blockquote>
We don’t have space in the main menu to put the login, and we don’t want this.
In this template, there is the possibilty to put the login, twitter,… in this menu (topmega) , and that is what we want. So, for the test, we disabled all the items of the menu “topmega” except the twitter item (see screenshot)
It changes nothing !ANd we have 3 errors on this home page. See screenshot.
Thank in advance for your help.

ok, and now apparently you’ve turned off megamenu completely. this is going to have to be handled via tickets as need to get a good look at whats going on.
it appears your still doing something wrong… would you please create a image of exactly what you’d like to have with annotation and put it in the ticket please… ty.dieudonne Frienddieudonne

November 18, 2011 at 8:30 am #425192Ok, here a screenshot of what we want (we want the layout just before the update of the framework 1.4.0 to 1.5.0)
Maybe make a rollback of the framework to see what is happening 1.4.0 ?
Thank in advance

November 19, 2011 at 10:18 pm #425431Ok, we made a lot lot lot of tests, and we found the origin of this bug (but not how to solve this bug !)
And we have reproduced this with a quick start installation.
explaination :
After a installation of a quickstart installation of JA Teline IV (Joomla 1.7), and after the update off all the components;
everything is worked fine, BUT in the template manager, in the JA teline iV template, when the css menu or the dropline menu or the splitmenu is selected this bug appears !Not when the mega menu is selected.
So what can we do to fix this bug ?
Thank in advance.
Update : there is a lot of bugs !!! see screenshot.
Is it possible to fix this ?
