    o.k. support don´t like to response. so it seems that nagya is a buggy template and no solution possible.

    Nope, it is just that you are using a version of a template that was released before the abortion that is IE8.

    There are 2 options, you could install the latest release of this templae which has apparently had fixes for IE8 included in the update or you could at the little meta tag in the head of your template to force IE8 into compatability mode (google the tag)
