Your site is based on JA Teline V template . kindly post the question on JA Teline V forum page .
For the issue , this seems you have updated the Joomla to latest version 3.6 and template/extension not ready for it .
I suggest you to restore the site to to J3.5 version backup and see the issue is still there
Also do not try updates on live site , the white space is of JA ACM module that not working on home page ,
