Hello, I just installed the JA University quick start for joomla 3, and then when I login the back end, i saw there is update for joomla, so I update it and then the whole site backend and front end is now blank.??

What is the issue?

do not update to joomla 3.2 version

Yes, i have noticed that your entire template gets blank/dropped when you try to change something in the template options. You just have to click on “Save” and your entire website gets broken 🙁

Will there be an update for JA University/T3 in the near future?

Hi christian,

Yes. We do have the plan to upgrade our templates to Joomla 3.2. However, the template runs on T3v3 framework will be prioritized to upgrade to new Joomla 3.2 before we start with JAT3v2 templates (i.e JA University).

I have the same problem. My site gets blank (no css) when saving the template.

What is the timeframe for the upgrade ? A week ? A Month ?

Hi ranumefterskole,

The JA University will be one of the T3v2 templates that is prioritized to upgrade to Joomla 3.2 in coming time. Our template team has finished to bug test round of this template before they start to apply the compatibility of Joomla 3.2 version on. We do hope that the Joomla 3.2 update of this template will be available this week or next week.
