Hi there!

I’v been using your module for more than a month and realised that now I have a blank module instead of the Facebook like button.

I don’t see any changes on Joomla that could affect to this behaviour. Maybe something the boys at Facebook decided to replace?

you have disable the facebook Module. Just Enable it.

But I have disabled the module for design reasons. I have enabled it now so you can see what I mean.

there is no position called “maintop-c” in your theme and the Facebook like module is assigned there. Place check which position the module to be assinged

Hi Chavan,

You might think I’m a mess… :laugh:

But you caught me in a rush so I couldn’t leave things as they were. Now everything is exactly as it was in the beginning. My fan page is here:

As I told you, everything was working fine for a month or more. Now I nly see the blank module on the page. Actually I have another webpage with the same issue:

I think it is related to Facebook but I don’t really know.

OK, I’ll give you details and images to explain myself the best.

I installed mod_jafacebooklikebox on two websites a month or more ago:

http://www.prevetec.com
http://panequeasesores.com

Suddenly I noticed that these two modules are completely empty, a blank module is what I have now where there were two working Facebook Like Boxes. I have attached two images of both sites and marked where the blank modules are.

Before I could see a normal Facebook Like Box pointing to my Fan Pages:

For the first one: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Prevetec/146965485363316
For the second one: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Paneque-Asesores-Consultores/152166218172773

Now I see nothing on my web page. Hope now it’s sufficiently clear.

Hi there!

I have discovered what issue I had. It’s related to an extension installed in my browser which stopped connections to Facebook. I turned off the extension and everything looks fine now.

The extension is Incognito installed on Safari for Mac.

By enabling it you get this issue with your plugin.

You can mark it as “solved”.
