I am attempting to install the quickstart package 1.5 for Rochea. I have copied all my files on to my server, have a database set up but when I attempt to contiue the installation I get a blank screen. See here

I installed quickstart by uplloading the zip file and then I extracted into the directory I wanted to use. There was a database setup by my hosting provider already. My hosting provider has also confirmed that I have all the necessary installations on the server.
