February 3, 2012 at 4:08 pm #436779I saw qessence has started a new thread with what seems to be exactly the same problem so I’m just bumping this up to give support.
also I’ve since tried on a brand new install of J2.5.1 and prob is still the same.
This problem really really needs a fix or this component is useless as isn6rej Friendn6rej

February 5, 2012 at 4:20 am #436984Hmmmm I could’ve sworn I responded to this thread…..
anyway… the issue is all posts are being pre-approved… I’ve reported it to our dev’s http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/CUSSER-392 ( for mod info ) so we should get this resolved soon.bule Friendbule

whilst that might be a problem – I dont actually know yet.
But perhaps its not the only problem? – because nothing shows.Surely pre-approved comments (and all comments even?) should show in the backend list shouldnt they?

February 6, 2012 at 9:05 pm #437226nope, I said there is a bug that is pre-approving comments so no moderation is needed.

February 6, 2012 at 10:19 pm #437244maybe I’m missing the point here…
but it seems to me that whether a comment was pre-approved or not – it must still show in the moderation panel in the ‘All’ tab – mustnt it?
What if the admin wants to ‘Unapprove’ or ‘Delete’ or ‘Mark spam’ a pre-approved comment?1 user says Thank You to bule for this useful post

February 7, 2012 at 11:49 pm #437481Hi marclime
As far as I understand the problem – its not answered
I didnt get the meaning of the last post by n6rej.
and perhaps its most likely there are 2 issues here?So maybe we should just come back to the point of this thread:

Blank moderation panel in backend

and the screenshot by marclime which displays the problem exactlyAs far as I’m concerned its reasonable to expect ALL comments MUST display in the backend.
And they dont. ergo there must be an issue and the thread isnt answered.
(unless I/we missed a config setting, but I dont think so)I opened a ticket about ‘Blank moderation panel in backend’ and referenced this thread.
So far no solution. I’ll post if there isFebruary 8, 2012 at 3:20 am #437494I am also having the same issue. Looking forward to the solution too.
