I installed everything perfectly, but when active the theme ja_methys the home page is blank.
How to solve?
I’ve reinstalled the plugin more JT3 not resolved.

How did you install this template? you used Quickstart package or installed template separately. Could you update link of site and admin account, I shall help you to check this.

I reinstalled everything again and the error persists. In other themes the error does not occur.

to get rid of this you need to change the max_execution_time to 3600 in php.ini

or

add this code in your index.php file in root directory

at the very first line of the page.

yes the site loops infinite. please remove the ini settings i said and So i shall check the looping issue

please change the permissions on the configuration.php file to 644.

I ftp does not allow me to do this.

I deleted everything and started from zero, now using the quickstart …

There maybe problem with your server, please also contact your hosting provider if they can help cause I tried to download a quickstart package and installed with sample data in my local and it works on my end.

Can you download full package JA Methys (jatc_methys.v_trunk.zip) from root of your hosting and test in localhost again.

I lost all my time checking on this one, because internet on your hosting very slow when caching on T3 framework need to more time write data.
Please config your hosting to <blockquote>max_execution_time = 300</blockquote> the error will be fixed by that.
