I am not able to check anything on your site admin panel .its do not show any option : http://prntscr.com/dgpv80 Can u check it ? Admin panel issue is not due to the template , maybe something wrong with Joomla update .
Also, I suggest you write the issue on Joomla forum so that you will get a better reply for an issue related to core Joomla .

Hi
The problem is due the VM and tcpdf compatibility with latest Joomla .
Kindly open /public_html/thmtltestpettha/components/com_tcpdf/
And rename it with
/public_html/thmtltestpettha/components/com_tcpdf_old/
save and check .
I tried to change it but the FTP details not working .
