After I upload the quick start, I unzip it. After that everything is blank. I am using Godaddy new 4G hosting, so that may have something to do with it. Any help will be much appreciated. Thx!

Can you PM me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.

ok, so here is what I did to work around it. I disabled the php.ini file by renaming it, changed the htacccess permisions. After i installed it, I renamed the php.ini back to the original name.
