HI. Ive installed JA PURITY II (quickstart). Install process was OK. Then in preview i have blank page on frontend. WHY?

Joomla: 1.5.15
Database Version: 3.23.58
Database Collation: N/A (mySQL < 4.1.2)
PHP Version: 4.3.10
Web Server: Apache/2.0.51 (Fedora)
Web Server to PHP interface: apache2handler
Joomla! Version: Joomla! 1.5.15 Stable [ Wojmamni Ama Mamni ] 05-November-2009 04:00 GMT

can’t see the site as you have it in maintenance mode requiring a login, can you take it out of maintenance mode for 5 mins>?

Well something is definetly wrong (probably with your server).

I can only see a blank page

I suggest you refresh cache or try in a different browser, or go to admin and take site out of maintenance mode.

if you try to login as administrator that is go to http://humacc.sk/administrator do you see your login screen? if so login and take the site out of maintenance mode and try to main url again?

Since you have just installed this, and it looks like you have used an old version. I think it’s best to remove the site and start again, please download the latest Purity II from JA and install the quickstart again, the latest version is dated 17th of this month and would be at least Joomla 1.5.17

I think this will save more time than multiple posts and troubleshooting

If you have redownloaded the latest Purity II quickstart, deleted both the old installion including folder and database then reinstalled it again and still see the same problem. It MUST be your hosting server causing some problem.

I would suggest getting onto your host support to make sure they support the minimum requirements for Joomla 1.15 xx and sql etc etc

There just isn’t anything I can do given you have made a new install and still cannot see the frontpage or access the administrator area etc
