Hi:

Well let start posting problems when using outdated extensions. When creating a new forum I am getting a blank screen. If I go back forum seems to be created.

Setup PHP 5.3.10, Centos 6, Apache 2.2.15, Joomla 2.5.4

This is v1.0 of JA Voice dated oct 2011.
