I currently am using Joomla 2.5 with JA Methys template installed. I am looking to change templates and I installed JA Brisk to check it out on my site. When I did, I get a blank screen when I tried to view my site. I made sure the T3v3 plugin was enabled.

I also made sure I downloaded the J2.5 compatible template file.

Any suggestions on why I would get a blank screen when making JA Brisk my default template to view it on my site? Is it conflicting with my JA Methys template and the T3 plugin I have already installed?

Also, FYI, I did install a Gavick template and it works. I only get this issue when I install a new Joomlart template.

Thanks for contacting to us.

JA Brisk Template is compatible with joomla 2.5 and 3.0 but you need to install T3v3 plugin.
About T3v3 plugin supports only JA Brisk Template on our JA template.
Regarding blank screen when making JA Brisk Template, i need to check directly on your site.

same issue for me. Existing site. Joomla 2.5.8. T3v3 installed and enabled.

Both the Brisk template and T3v3 were freshly downloaded on Saturday.
I have since uninstalled however I’d be willing to work with you to help identify the problem if you cannot resolve with suiteevents

Hi suiteevents,

I downloaded JA Methys Template and installed it

+ Download JA Brisk Template + JAT3v3 framework and enabled both
+ I switched from JA Methy Template(using t3v2) to JA Brisk Template(using t3v3) and it’s running well

I tried with your site but got the error 500. May be your site has been customized? need to more time check it or you can test it in your intranet.
