    Hi there,

Getting a blank screen when trying to go into the Template Manager for Apollo.

Every other page on the front end or backend works great!

    Server:
    PHP 5.3.3
    Apache 2.2
    mod_php {trying to get the owner to change it to fastCGI}

    PHP Memory: 128mg

Output Buffering currently On – trying to get the owner to change it to Off as requested by Joomla.

HELP, I can’t do anything under the Apollo T3 framework template Manager as it isn’t loading…

    Thanks,
    Sincerely,

    Argo.

P.S.: For the Server credentials, please use SFTP not FTP and port 2563 not 22

I can’t access your site with credentials you provided. Please check again.

I can’t seem to access the area where I initially entered those credentials – they worked fine when I entered them… but if you give me an email address or a SkypeID, I can send them that way again…

    Cheers,

    Emmanuel.

    Hi Emmanuel,

It is more convenient for me to handle support via our forum. Please help to send credentials via Private Message, I will help you out.

If I turn on Debug Development mode, I get a:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function dom_import_simplexml() in /var/www/www.argois.com/libraries/joomla/form/form.php on line 887

    if that helps!
    Cheers,

    Argo.

It appears the solution may lie here:

    https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/joomla-dev-general/QymKQuugfDY

as we are running on CentOS , I will have the linux engineer check to make sure we have the optional library installed.

    Yes, that solved it!

He installed php-xml and then restarted the http server and boom it works… now just need to install fastCGI instead of mod_php.

    Cheers,

    Argo.

This one is solved but if you could answer/find out the answer to:

    http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-appollio-video-which-after-effects-template-is-it-from/

That would REALLY help us out.
