Hi,

I just tried to install the quickstart package for Joomla 3.1. During the installation process, the
backend screen goes blank and don’t appear again. I tried to restart apache, but nothing changed.

The used joomla version is 3.3.3 . Maybe isn’t that version supported now? Shall I try to install an older
version of joomla 3?

I also tried to install the plugins and components separately and everything works fine.

Looking forward to your kind replies.

Hello JA Music is currently not compatible with Joomla3.3.3 ,,
So it can produce any random issue .
Please download a fresh quickstart .
Create a fresh DB
and install the package with >>> SAMPLE DATA
Let me know if problem occur again
