I need to remove blank space over the menu.
It shows in all pages exept home

Do this
go to /templates/ja_jason/css/custom.css
if there is no custom.css file then create a file with name custom.css
and add this code

@media (min-width:768px){.t3-header{padding-top:30px}}

clear cache and check .
you can change the value of padding-top:30px as per your need.
