March 2, 2011 at 7:40 am #160896Hello,
When assigning a module in a location, one can set on which page(s) the module will show.
I found that in those pages that the module is not assigned to show, there is this blank box/space that literaly eats up space.
Is this a bug? How do I eliminate this?
Please see attachment for reference.
Thank you very much in advance!

March 3, 2011 at 3:21 am #379360Hi, seems like its your template. Send me a link and i will see. Otherwise use Advanced Module manager
It will give you an option to hide module if empty (no data)
and also it will give you an exact location to put your module

March 3, 2011 at 4:19 am #379376Hello makegoodmedia,
I’ve upgraded to this template from the previous ver.III. This is the first time I’ve encountered this kind of problem.
I hope you could look into the site and let me know what could be the problem. Maybe a bug?
Here is the link to the site: http://www.coco.ph
It’s in Japanese but I’m sure you can see the blank spaces.You can actually find more here in the inner page: http://coco.ph/news/daily-news/682-dot-want-baguio-diversified.html
Take note of the blank spaces on top and bottom of the search box in the right column.With regards to the advanced module manager, I’m not familiar with that.
Thank you for your continious help!

March 3, 2011 at 4:35 am #379381Hi, I looked at the site. You can solve this by creating a new module suffix and assing it to the search module
and on this:
.ja-mass-top .ja-moduletable, .ja-mass-top .ja-module {
border: 0 none;
margin: 2px 2px 4px;
}Ths will essentially get rid of the borders you are seeing right now
Best to get firebug (firefox addon ) it will make your life more easy

March 3, 2011 at 6:58 am #379391Hi, thank you for your help.
Yes I do have firebug and I know where I can delete to remove the boxes. However, I’m just afraid that by removing/deleting those boxes will delete the module position.
Those boxes are blank because the modules are not displayed on those specific pages, while it is on other pages.
By the way, those are not borders but white boxes with nothing inside.
I hope you get what I mean.
