I have been running Joomla v1.5.25 with Teline IV template for just over a year. 3 weeks ago my host upgraded to PHP5.3.3. My site has worked fine for the last 3 weeks. Nothing has chaged in the last 3 weeks.

This afternoon I noticed the home page was blank. Every page on the site comes back blank. The back end Admin panel works fine though. If I change the template then everything works fine. If I switch back to my Teline IV template I get blank pages.

Can someone offer me some assitance in solving the problem?

    Hi

You need to upgrade your JaT3 framework plugin

OK, I did that and nothing much has changed. I installed v1.3.3 of the framework plugin.

    Hi

I can see this error on your site ” JFolder::files: Path is not a folder”

Check all chmod on your folders and files they must be 755 and 644 and enable the ftp layer in your global configuration.

I have noticed that I am missing a folder “t3-assets” when I compare my test site to my live one. Could this have something to do with my problem? I am busy copying it from my test site to my live site.

    Hi

The t3-assets folder is the folder where JaT3 framework store the optimized css files, when you set the CSS and Js optimization the plugin create that folder if doesn’t exist before
so i don’t think your problems are due to that missing folder

OK, just checked my backup from early Saturday morning and the t3-assets folder was there. I will try and restore the plugin jat3 folder as well as the t3-assets folder and see what happenes… Should I first restore my database back to the last know working backup which was also Saturday morning?

Thanks for all your assistance. Even though I didn’t figure out what caused my site to go down I must thank you for taking the time to look. Eventually did a restore and all is working fine.
