I know I am making a stupid mistake but I have tried numerous things seggested in the forums to make the blockquote work but can not.

I have the Ja Barite Template installed.

I have the tried this with the WYSIWYG editor turned on and off.

This is my HTML code:
<blockquote>Your quote goes here!</blockquote><div class=”bubble1″><div>Your Bubble goes here! </div>Bubble </div>

This is whey my article shows:
Your quote goes here!
Your Bubble goes here!
Bubble

No quotations and no blubble. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for the help.
