I’m in the middle of upgrading a broken site and I am setting it up on test site first.

To save a bit of effort I used the quickstart and have copied across content, categories, users and Jomsocial users from the previous JASocial database, however I find that in my articles blockquotes have a grey background, which I believe is from an earlier template.

Just to check I installed the quick start on another test site and added a blockquote to an article and no background to the quote at all – just like the example in the quickstart.

Are the css settings for typography saved somewhere in the content database?

If not how can I get rid of the grey background on my quotes?

Hi tastiger,

As I can see that the blockquote is loading styles from jckeditor on your site, you can try to disable editor in Global Configuration first and see how it goes.

I do have the same problem: I use the charity template and all the articles have the blockquote background and I cant find any souce code related. I have deactivated JCE but no positive result. Also I want to use JCE.
