Please can you tell me why the Block Quote is displaying like this? I have used the exact coding as displayed in the Mendozite template but it is still coming up like this. I have even tried changing the editor.

It seems as though <blockquote> is somehow referring to a default setting somewhere. I am using JCK editor.

I pasted your above quote to this module in my local but it displays fine, I’m using TinyMCE editor, please try to disable any editor and paste this text into module again. Remember to clear all the cache and let me know what happen.

I have tried as you suggest above and have had some success. It still has the grey background and an extra set of quotation marks that I would like to remove. See attachment. Please advise.

I have resolved the problem:)

By disabling System – JCK Typography Plugin the additional styling disappeared.
