My blockquotes in Teline III are flush up against the left margin. I would like them to be indented at least 1em. However, there’s a lot of CSS in several files, and I’m having trouble figuring out which rule to change.

It’s OK with FF3.6 and Opera 10.62 and Chrome 6.0.
The only problem I see in IE 8 is that main content margin (vertical line) is overlapped at the right by the text, blockquotes comments etc. In could be caused by the commenting plugin (if you haven’t changed the CSS) – try to disable it and see if problem is fixed.

I suggest you should disable one of the two commenting plugins. (better fb because it’s one with the most problems under my opinion)
