Hi
You can checkout all the layouts comes with the template from template options > Open the JA Hotel template style > Layout Tab . You can see all present layout there .
If you want to modify them you can do it from the php file that are present in /tpls folder and tpls/blocks .

ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED at my end . You change the layout from template options as suggested above .

Unfotunately I cannot find this sub layout. I have only Blog, default, full width and home, there is no magazine layout.

Sorry but these are the only layout comes with template You can use my previous suggestion if want to customize layouts here with help of your developer .
In demo site it used JA Hotel default style . You already have these menu as your site is on quickstart package .

Hi its because your site have different size o f pics . Use same size of pics and add them via Images and links options in article .

Open the Menu items and change the Menu type To Xblog layout . Before this menu item type is Xblog type layout. Its very easy and u can do this easily .
