– it was “hide”

NOT solved did not work how to asing different profile to aonly hide the main content block from the front page?

I’m sorry but I’m not so clear of your concern here. In template manager > Profiles (tab), we have option to show the main content block of template or not. You can go to your desired profile and make your own choice.
