My question is a little bit different. i would like to define my own image size in pixels.

Hi
You added the image in the leading items articles.

Kindly open /templates/ja_healthcare/local/css/template.css
Find and remove
```
.items-leading .item-image img {
    width: 100%;
}
```
Now it will use the original width of images.
