I can’t to figure out the type of layout of the demo is using.

I tried the Blog layout but it doesn’t work.

What am I missing here?

Opal uses Ja News for the front page. You can install it and set it up from scratch, but it is often easier to use the quick start.

But I already have more than a hundred categories added, as well as a Jomsocial and Kunena installed.

Quick start will be great, but I guess it will still be better for me to get this up step by step.

I managed to get the basic of the above layout working now.. Thanks!
