I want to have the same date format used in the Blog layout 2, but instead I only get the default format (see screenshots). I have the Quick start package and believe the settings are the same.

One more question: can I adjust the image height in this view?
I don’t want my images to be truncated.

The site is in German. The Blog 2 menu item is called ‘News Blogs 2’.
