Hi Joomlart,

Having a bit of an issue with styling a category blog layout for using JA Teline IV for Joomla 1.7

I have attached two images that may help

Image 1 shows the template starter package blog layout (This is what I am trying to achieve)

Image 2 shows my development site ( this is styled different) I have copied each blog layout ooption from the starter package to my dev site however I think there is something missing.

Any suggestions?

It seems the biggest problem is with the images, primarily the absence of one in the first article.
Make sure you’re image is before the readmore – this may require a quick peek at the code behind the article, many times what can happen is the actual code for the image appears AFTER the readmore, but because you have the image assigned to appear inline with the text, it looks like it will appear fine on the front end. Hopefully that helps!

Thanks for that one qucik question how do you get the read more to say just “read more” and not the article title as well 🙂
