Hi,

I’m using JA mendozite for a new client, and I try to give the same screen for blog style in the main page.
But it’s not appear correclty
In the demo there is 3 item in news with little picture on the left the title and under date and user
a short text, and the read more

I don’t know where i need to modifiy ( it is in the main menu -> home ) or in K2 setting,
I follow the differents step in the menndozite user guide.

could you help me for that.

I answer to my self, I reinstall the quickstar to check how the demo is set.

And I searched in k2 but the news in the frontpage are manage by the joomla articles system.

I believied K2 replaced completly the joomla content system.

Hello Jeff,

If you’ve installed the quickstart package already, you could see that these 3 items are 3 feature articles in joomla content. You can show like demo site by creating Home menu item with type of Featured articles then configure like this:

In case you wanna use K2 content, you can simply change type of menu from Joomla content to K2 content in Menu Manager setting.

But after changing the menu item type K2, you have to re-style to make K2 Articles listed in homepage look like the joomla articles system
