    Okay, which font exactly are you wanting to modify?

    There are different CSS rules for different parts of the template

    ok I really want to enlarge the font-size in articles, modules pretty much everywhere it is small

    You can try with my below suggestion

    Open joomla/templates/ja_events/css/template.css file

    Add new css style


    .ja-content-main .item-page p {
    font-size: 120%;
    }

    Remember to clear cache from Admin area
