The link you have mentioned http://www.joomlart.com/static/guides/layout/?ja_nickel is for checking the module positions guide so you are seeing all the positions available in your template. But BODY is not a module position, it is your main content area, where your articles / component outputs such as contact form etc are displayed. This content is controlled by the menu items you create, like Home, Contact Us etc.
