On http://redux-v.com/ when I click on any body title link it kicks me to a 404 page

The requested URL /component/content/article/34-red/46-dr-oz-loves-resveratrol.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What SEF component are you using? try disabling it and view, if it works. Might even try to purge the generated SEF urls from the 3rd party SEF component backend. If you site is yet to be sef optimized, suggest to use joomla inbuilt SEF, they are safe and easy. (my personal opinion).
