The problem begins here: http://revista.libroalibro.org/noticias?start=5 . After that, click the next pages and you will see.
Thanks

July 21, 2008 at 2:32 pm #261191Hi Ana
Now I see … wow, that’s really weird!
OK, as far as I can figure (and if a Moderator would please give some SERIOUS attention to this):
This is how the introduction paragraph looks in the actual article:
Which is correct. However, when this article is published on JA News Frontpage position, the bold is removed:
Which is not correct.
This can also be easily verified by looking at the page source in both cases.
This is the source code in article:
El escritor Javier Marías acaba de publicar el libro <strong>Aquella mitad del tiempo. Al mirar atrá</strong>s (Galaxia Gutenberg/ Círculo de lectores), una selección de sus artículos de carácter más personal. This is the source code from the Front Page:
El escritor Javier Marías acaba de publicar el libro Aquella mitad del tiempo. Al mirar atrás (Gal…So, it seems that when any article is published into JA News Frontpage position, the actualy <strong> code is being removed?
Sorry Ana, can’t help, I would say this is another Teline II bug?
However, I just did a quick test on my own test site. I modified the bit of italic text here:
and changed it to Bold. I republished the article and … it works for me!
So, what is different between our two sites which would make this happen to your Front Page articles, but not mine?
Very weird indeed :((

July 21, 2008 at 2:44 pm #261196I do not understand what’s going on. Your titles are bold, not mine. In an attempt to correct this issue, I upgraded my template to the 1.4 version, and nothing happened. I must admit, I had reached my knowledge frontiers…

July 21, 2008 at 2:46 pm #261197Maybe this is one of the reasons I decided to stay with 1.3. I’d made so many changes to the css and php files, I really didn’t want to lose everything!!
Do you still have a 1.3 demo running somewhere that you could try and test the bold on that?
Very, very strange!
