No-one at JA is getting back to me so I have no idea what to tell you, unfortunately. I am gathering you lost all of your points because some of the posts were removed and if I remember correctly more posts are removed when a post is deleted than what you get when you originally posted it.

I already have something organised for them, as I have said to some of them in a PM. However, I CANNOT DO ANYTHING TO YOUR ACCOUNTS until Hung and JA fix up the problem that they have been ignoring me about.

I can give you credits, but it’d be useless for you to use. I am the one who does the redemptions and cannot do anything until JA actually contact me about my problems (after 3 weeks, no response).

Sorry for getting back to you this late. If you contact us using the Ticket system, you should have a quicker answer. We have quite been busy with JA ZinC and the Logo editing service for the past few days.

Ok, so I have checked into your transactions and I can not find any clue of your lost credits, you have 1,077 credits for 100 posts and 17 thanks which I think is quite a good and normal balance.

Kindly let me know more details how much you are lost. If necessary, I can make a re-calculations of credits base on the credits setting.

@all. Some of the red big font and out-of-topic posts has been moderated. I should have got here sooner but I think we all need to stick to the rules.

@ Miccas. I tried to reach you on skype but it seems that my message couldn’t get though. I have fixed your account issues. There were a weird system down about 3 days ago (and it seems that someone have abused JA staff account changing some content on frontpage so the network admin has reset all permission to staff-only-area.

I believe all your previous setting has been restored by now. If you still have any problem, please drop me the email or get me on skype.

MiCCAS, I want to reassure that you have never been ignored here but there was a lack of communication from JA staff. I believe you can imagine the works load I have been through now adays for both JA and JL then I can expect an understanding from you.

Lastly, but very important and sincerely. Happy Birthday to you MiCCAS. You have been great and helpful to all of us. I sincerely wish you all the best in the coming year.

I’ve used the ticket system, the last time was about a week ago if not more and I never received a response. So I don’t bother using it with any issues that I have. I just try and solve them myself or hope another forum user may have had the same issue before.

As for the “credits” I’m not really worried about it I am fairly active on the forum so my credits grow on a daily basis. I did not create this thread with the intent of having it get so large 😉 I created it more as a joke for those of us that were watching and commenting on the “incident” during the day and had lost our points due to multiple thread deletions. Though I’m sure Jay is pretty happy I started it he got a lot of donation credits 😀
