@all. Some of the red big font and out-of-topic posts has been moderated. I should have got here sooner but I think we all need to stick to the rules.
</blockquote>Hung Dinh, you are right we should stick to the rules.
But in this case i felt it was the right thing to do to give MiCCAS some extra support. Everytime i have been in contact with him he did his very best to help me out in the best possible way. Every now and then its good to let know that it is appriciated.Realise that everyone who posted the big red font posts are very active users on this forum, helping loads and loads of people out who are having problems. Im sure they all understand the rules, but in this case they found it more important to put a thumbs up to MiCCAS

December 11, 2008 at 7:53 pm #282412nefar;94854I’ve used the ticket system, the last time was about a week ago if not more and I never received a response. So I don’t bother using it with any issues that I have. I just try and solve them myself or hope another forum user may have had the same issue before.
[/quote]I think this is wrong, the search under your email in our ticket system show that all of your questions has been replied by our Staff. Please see the image

Kindly check again your email if you miss the reply. The best way login to Your Ticket list to see them allAs for the “credits” I’m not really worried about it I am fairly active on the forum so my credits grow on a daily basis. I did not create this thread with the intent of having it get so large 😉 I created it more as a joke for those of us that were watching and commenting on the “incident” during the day and had lost our points due to multiple thread deletions. Though I’m sure Jay is pretty happy I started it he got a lot of donation credits 😀
OK. So it is now solved. 🙂

December 11, 2008 at 8:01 pm #282417Ahh I did not know about the ticket login. I just checked it and he did reply. Though his response had absolutly nothing to do with the question I had asked 🙂 Must be the language barrier.

Thank you Bennitos,
I agree they were right when using red fonts to get the attention so the issues can be brought directly to my direct attention…This is not a big deal however.
As I said, I support and thumbs up MiCCAs for all of his help as well. There are facts that I and all JA members were also busy carrying out some good things helping everyone here…There are times we can not go over all of the threads…scotty Friendscotty

December 11, 2008 at 10:20 pm #282447Just to clear it up, Hung did get into contact with me and it was a simple issue of him not aware of me trying to contact him as he has been busy.
I will process redemptions and fix up this credits issue as soon as I fix something up here 🙂 Thanks Hung 🙂

December 12, 2008 at 12:47 am #282492I’ve just checked and it appears I’m wrong, you do NOT lose credits for downloading.
When i first joined and wasn’t active in the forum I had a negative credit total, -50 or somethign like that. I’ve always presumed it was from downloading files.
