    Hi there, site: http://baico.dev.dnsnetworks.ca/

You’ll notice under “Books by Topic” beside Family there’s a 0… and there’s a 6 beside New Release… I’m confused because I have a book tagged with Family. Shouldn’t there be a 1 beside Family then?

Will need the login info for your MijoShop component as well.

(You can PM the info – to keep it off of public view)

Which book is supposed to be tagged as “Family?”

    FIXED 😎

You actually did not have that book assigned to the right Category (i.e. “Family”).
    I fixed it for you.

So you can only assign to one category.. what if the book is Family AND written by a Canadian… can’t you assign to 2 categories… the reason I ask is because I noticed Family is now (1) and New Release went down to (5) (was 6 before)

In Joomla! and : Content items are restricted to a single category in a single section. In Joomla! and newer: Content items are restricted to a single category in a category tree.

    Possible work-arounds include:

    • creating duplicate articles in multiple categories.
    • using menus rather than dynamic lists of content items.
    • using various third party extensions that simulate assignment to multiple categories.
    • using key words to simulate categories and sections.

    http://docs.joomla.org/Can_articles_be_assigned_to_multiple_categories_or_sections%3F

Apparently there are some extensions out there that may allow one to assign an article to multiple categories, though I am not certain how they work (or how well they work) . . .
